In case my original message was not very clear, the message client gets when
the disk is placed in the drive is "No ID address found for file"

i All,
I have a client who is trying to open a 3 1/2 inch floppy and is getting the
message "No ID address". He has tried opening it through word and My
computer, and get the same message each time. He is running Windows XP Pro.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sandra
