Jim,
As it happens I started something similar three days ago. Ratio's for me are
65 gr protein, 120 gr fat, 30 gr carbs. Just under 1500 cals. After the
first day I was really tired and sore for about 3-4 hours. Now day 4 my
energy levels seem normal. So far I do feel hungry between meals and at
night before bed.
I already track everything so don't need a spreadsheet.
