Yeah, you can hit it with a serving of calf liver too, I just find it tough
to successfully hit it every day. There's only so much food you can fit
into your day, and I need time for my bone soup & spinach!
But certainly, your mileage may vary.
If I find a better source for the bone soup numbers, I'll let you know.
