Tom > Does olive oil really do it for you? I use quite a lot, but when I am really hungry I add butter.
If I'm being good I don't use butter at all. Too much casein in it. Ghee is better but I'm not sure I'm wild about the taste. Found goose fat at my local Central Market and it's fantastic.
I like olive oil. As a matter of fact, I take a teaspoon of it every morning when I wake up and one or two more during the day. Works for me.
