Question: does anyone walk everyday as a form of exersize. 30 min, 60 min?

Yes, at least. I believe in walking 10.000 steps each day. It takes me about 70 minutes. I also try to have a swim every day in summer. We are loaded with lakes in Sweden. In the winter I try to have water gym, that is to go to the "aquafun". Someone said that weight lifting substitutes the fact that we no longer climb trees but I haven't got that far yet.

When the topic is on the board: What exactly is "cardio"?
