I use weight training every four to five days, and find it is just enough to
maintain fitness on. Apart from that, I only do the occasional long walk. For
me though, carb intake is critical. Whenever I try low carbing, it
drastically reduces my exercise tolerance, so I eat quite a lot of carbs. I'd
be interested to know other weight trainers experience on low carb regimes.
