I've always tried to follow my instincts when it came to food choices.
Following my instincts is what led me to vegetarianism a decade ago,
even though I believed that it wasn't the natural way. I couldn't bring
myself to eat meat because most of it repulsed me.
Now that I've added meat back into my diet after years of health
problems, I still can't stomach the meat of mammals. I only eat
poultry, fish, and seafood.
Has anyone else experienced this? I worry that my diet isn't varied
enough although I do eat a variety of fruits and vegetables.
