Surely this astonishing statement is backed up by numerous, reliable, double
blind, placebo controlled studies, done utilizing Paleo type foods (the only
diet suitable for human consumption, as far as we on this list are concerned,
right?) proving its efficacy- right? So the "take home" message from this is
that if you are old and fat, you are better off staying that way than losing
weight? yeah, RIGHT!
(Of course, I could start a whole new thread with the usual run-down of
questions-
How old?
How heavy?
How sudden? (imposition of CR)
How severe? ( degree of CR)
How long? (Maybe the rats were starved to death!)
But most importantly, what diet?)
Better not to even open up that can of worms (unless you want to eat them!).
It's pointless. Please, let's not bother.
And I had better shut up now!
