I don't know if the choloric-restriction/anti-aging thread ever
touched on it, but the main problems of aging are the oxegen revolution
and the atrophy of musscles.
The former can be solved specifically through antioxident
nutriants, perhaps from pills as modern fruits are a bit less nutrituous
than their natural counterparts. It is also being solved generally by
human industry turning our planet to a more cambriotic atmosphere.
The latter can be solved by packing on muscel while still young.
Have you ever noticed the preponderance of thin old people? That's due
in part to the fact that once you reach 60 you either die out or start
shrinking. Many die, the rest live forever. By reducing body fat and
increasing muscle mass, we are insuring a longer life span.
