I keep hearing good signals from the Carolyna windom.  Don't know much
about it except that.
Lots of details we don't have yet.
Can you use open line?
Can you use a tuner?
How high can you get the center?
How long of an antenna can you put up?
How many supports do you have available?
Do you want a high or low angle of radiation?
How much power will you be running?
