Hi John;
I sent an F6 back because I kept loosing the (b) band.
I sent it back three times and then when it went to the west coast they said
they couldn't duplicate the problem so it was my problem.
I ended up selling it and buying a new one.
I noticed today more and more companies that customer service has gone the
way of CW or BRAILLE unfortunately right out the window.
