Where's my ticket?

Vera...I already have high blood pressure. To add you in the mix would be
fetal. I enjoy your input on many issues. I hope you continue to post your
views.

Subject: Personal Opinions, pt. 1

Personally, I think all of you owe Matthew an apology. All of you know he is
not malicious and that there was no malicious intent in anything he said.
You simply didn't like it. You are acting like republicans (that was for
you, AHK. smile.) My favorite Jallowism was the time he said that Black
Americans would benefit from an infusion of African blood so Black females
should go to Africa (he didn't specify a country, so I guess any one would
do) and become impregnated. Where's my ticket?

Lasisi: "SO I WENT TO VERA'S OFFICE NOT KNOWING WHICH VERA I WILL FIND. MY
FRIEND OR THIS OTHER FAR RIGHT RELIGIOUS FANATIC NAMESAKE."
AHK: "I really pray it is not a facade. But again, we live in a world of
light and darkness. Who knows."

Hmmm. So, what you are saying, Lasisi, is that I cannot be your friend and
disagree with you about some things? That's not very nice. AHK, are you
saying that assuming (because you don't really know, do you?) my political
views and personal opinions are what you suspect they are, then I am somehow
masquerading and am really in darkness? (You have no idea what darkness
really is.)

That's a bunch of rubbish, guys. Get a grip. Wake up. Regardless of who's
in office, we will get up, go to work, go to Copp's, go to Woodman's, the
farmer's market, etc. We'll pay our rent, collect our paycheck, complain
about interest rates & kids today and try not to do anything that will get
us fired. What people don't seem to get, is that in the dark, the people who
head both parties look the same. THEY ARE THE SAME! They are white
billionaires and millionaires who could care less about any of us, really.
Notice, neither party is sharing their money with us. We are useful to them,
pawns. Whoever has the most pawns (read: votes) wins the game, gets the
scepter and gets to sit on the throne for 4 years. Has any congressman filed
for bankruptcy lately (ones that haven't been indicted for anything, I
mean)? NO. You know why? Because, regardless of their political
affiliation, they will make certain that the rich people in this country get
to stay that way. They decie
ve all of us with debates about tax breaks, or no tax breaks, increases,
decreases, etc. to keep us busy because they know their balance sheet will
look pretty good...and will continue to do so, regardless of who is in
office. Learn something from them.
