I was surprised to notice that the new Outback gf menu specifies that "All salad dressings are GF, except Mustard Vinaigrette", though at the bottom it still makes the old claim that "All salad dressings are GF, including the Caesar". This is all from the same 1/2004 GIG update, so I have no idea when the change occurred. I will ask them directly for verification, but wanted to get the word out ASAP, in case anyone is eating out for the holiday.

P.S. the new gf menu format has color and pictures, and, if you have the misfortune to have dial-up, as I do, is a lengthy and tedious download - not something to do on the way out the door to the restaurant.
