I am sorry for this very late summary.
Thank you to everyone who responded.

Two endocrinologists received recommendations. Glenn McGrath in Willow
Grove and Serge Jabour at Jefferson.(there is a wait for an appointment
for a new patient per his office but was highly recommended)  Dr. McGrath
is no longer accepting new patients according to his office. I did receive
other recommendations for good doctors, even though not specializing in
endocrinology, I can email if anyone would like that.


As had to be seen right away, went to an female d.o. endocrinologist a
friend knew. Was impressed with her thoroughness  timed cosyntropin tests
confirmed adrenal insufficiency. Any tips/suggestions on coping with it
would be gratefully received.
