Re: Pamela's Pecan Shortbread Cookies and Ener-G Foods Wheat-Free, Gluten
Free crackers;
I have had gi upset for over a week and want to ask you if anyone has had a
reaction to the cookies or crackers, or if, perhaps there is an ingredient
or 2 in the products that may cause some celiacs to have a reaction. I
have used both of the products for years, but only on occassion. I use the
cookies for a crust when making cheesecake, but in this case, I ate the
cookies as a holiday treat. The crackers I eat dry as a comfort food, keep
in stock, but neither of these foods are consumed every day, or even
weekly. Thanks, [log in to unmask]
