Hi All--

One of our listmembers posted a web site for more gluten free recipes online. I would first like to thank Kirsten for the information, but when I went to the site, there was a recipe for barley bread with the indication that it was gluten free. Especially for the newbies on the list, this type of site can be extremely dangerous.

I am in no way holding Kirsten responsible...some of the recipes look quite good. Just want people on this list to be aware and question anything you don't know for sure. There are hundreds of us more than willing to help.

Cheers,
Ayn in Alabama
