Is it possible for Celiacs to buy ice cream at a "real" ice cream store
that is not part of a big chain
such as Baskin Robbins. Non-chain ice cream stores may have if one is
lucky, a knowledgeable
owner or manager available, but if not what general guidelines can we
use, if any.
I am only interested in vanilla, coffee and chocolate
flavors with no embedded junk.
