The interest in The Ruby Range Cooking School has been so great that a new program has been added to meet the needs of those unable to come to Colorado - a six month course in gluten free cooking.  

 

* Ruby Range offers life style classes that work to alter the way you cook, the way you shop, and most importantly the way you think.   The classes support you in making a difficult diet easier to manage.
 
* Classes provide opportunities to learn to cook nutritious, tasty and easy, gluten free casein free meals.  Other food intolerances can be addressed on request.
 

* Discover how ethnic dishes can add intrigue, interest and nutrition to daily meals and entertaining.

 
* Learn to make great entrees and breakfasts, yummy baked goods, outrageous desserts, 
nutritious snacks and just plain good goodies.

 Liz DeCleene has 20 years experience in teaching cooking, food demonstrations and product development.  Liz and her friends enjoy the gluten free cooking that comes out of her mountain kitchen.  (most visitors don't know they are eating gluten free)

Six month program: $120.00  includes information recipes, binder, exotic ingredients, ongoing telephone support and customized program.
