If tongues is used as a form of prophecy in the context of a church meeting,
according to First Corinthians Chapter 14, at the most, three persons may
speak to the group in tongues as if delivering a message or sermon of sorts.
They also must speak one at a time.  If this is done, someone must interpret
and if not, the person giving that message in tongues must interpret what
was said.
