The software is named "The vOICe BEB". It was
developed by Blue Edge Bulgaria, a software
consulting company that develops applications
for mobile phones. They have kindly provided
The vOICe BEB for free for non-commercial use.

Please be aware that we are still working on
the edge of what is technically possible with
the phones that are currently available on
the market, especially with respect to their
still limited processing power, so several
compromises between quality and speed had
to be made at this stage, but the proof of
concept has now been delivered with the first
implementation of The vOICe for mobile camera
phones.
