You are correct. I looked up the program that I originally changed
that value with and found a D/L site for an old copy (from when
it was freeware). I put it in record mode, made the change, and
then read the record file.
I may have confused the issue. It was called the pre-logon
desktop wallpaper, not the security desktop wallpaper... (Opps)
