Thank you for the responses from Scott and the particularly helpful hint
from Rónán. Rónán pointed me to Autopatcher which contains a cumulative
collection of patches that have been released since the last Service Pack.
Why Microsoft can't think to do this is unfortunate. To get Autopatcher, do
a search of the web and try a few sites. Some sites are bandwidth impacted,
hence the need for a search. Autoloader appears to be updated every month,
so look for the latest version (July is the current one).

I have created a CD with Windows XP Pro that incorporates SP2. However,
there are additional patches that have been released. Is there available a
cumulative collation of these patches so that I can create a CD to install
from that includes these updates? Otherwise, a clean install of XP
immediately is "contaminated" with all the updates that need to be
downloaded. Microsoft does not make this path easy to find, but I am sure
many administrators are facing this very issue.
