Hi 

I started Paleo at the end of march of this year, not only do I feel great but I have also lost 20 pounds and 18 inches. Good luck with your goals.

  I have a hard time NOT having a protein snack about an hour before going to
  bed. But if I don't, I wake up even more hungry than when I do have an
  evening snack. Actually, I find it difficult to feel full in general?
