How long ago was that Michael.  Apparently, they are getting stricter as to
who is allowed to actually insert the pump, and who is allowed to receive
one.  For those for whom it's appropriate, it works very well.  Medtronic is
the company who makes it and you can get more information on it on the
website.  The important one is to get a practioner who is trained correctly
in the protocols on how to use it.  Also, a Doctor Albright in Philadelphia
has developed protocols for it's use.
