Thanks for the comment.  But after reading through the messages from
others my problems seemed tame.  I think it has effected my mental state
at times more then my physical.  Although it does explain problems with
bowels growing up.  Just a week ago I had confirmed what I had suspected
for a while now.
  I thought I was only wheat intorent...  but now through testing have
found that gluten is a problem.  So now celiac disorder has been added to
my vocabulary.
Any suggestion how to maintain a gluten free diet are greatly
appreciated.
