My Wife is a celiac who is also sensitive to corn, rice, and
soy which greatly limits her baking potential.
She is also lactose intolerant. She would like to find
recipes for baked goods using alternative flours - potato
starch, bean flour, tapioca, arrowroot, etc. All the bean
flour recipes she has found use either corn or rice flour in
combination.
She wonders if she is the only celiac in the world who can't
eat rice.
Please Help!
