I was eating lunch at a Longhorn's Steak House one day and got a waitress
who knew something about Celiacs.  I ordered the grilled chicken without
anything on it and gave her my Celiac diner's card.  She said all chicken
in restaurants has a marinade on it that has gluten in it.  She said it is
that way at any restaurant, whether they say it is gluten=free or not.  Has
anyone eveer heard of this, or have you had problems after eating chicken
in a restaurant?     Diane
