Another happy discovery for celiacs!  ElMonterey by Ruiz makes two beef
tamales.  The Shredded Steak Tamales, UPC# 7100750848 (we purchased at
Costco) are gluten free.  The other, listed on their website, is not.  A
message was left from Alice (?) at Ruiz Foods, 1-800-477-6474, ext 2500,
verifying this information.  Since it was a message, any cross-
contamination issues were not addressed.  My celiac husband ate two of
these yesterday with no ill effects.
