Kyle,

We look forward to it! Good luck tomorrow (or if you read this
afterwards, hope the presentation went well)!

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all
progress depends on the unreasonable man.
-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950

I resemble that remark, Bobby! I'm one of those nuts, I guess. I have
a safe-full of milspec 7.62X51mm (.308) rifles that my daddy helped me
pick up over the years. He was a "small arms design specialist" in the
Corps, though, strangely enough, he never had a duty station at Quantico
long enough for us to move there--except for TDY. Then again, maybe he
did and Momma just didn't want to move us to Va.

Are you guys like me, in that you have half-dozen hobbies where you get
fired up over one for about six months. The passion wanes, so you move
onto something else for a while, so on and so forth. Eventually you're
back where you started.

BTW, I have been SO remiss about writing to the list. I have a BIG
presentation due Wednesday morning, but after that I'm going to tackle
each list subject for the last three months--one-by-one. Get ready for
some long, windy, opinionated and (probably) boring emails.

Take care, y'all

-Kyle
