Breakfast:
I don't usually eat breakfast but this morning I had a few bites/nibbles
while preparing my lunch.

Lunch:
Cucumber slices spread w/guacamole (seasoned avocado) and topped with salmon
with a side of steamed broccoli left over from last night
Snack:
almonds
I haven't eaten dinner yet, but the above is 20% pro, 63% fat, and 17%
carbs.
Dinner:
Chicken thigh(s) pan-seared in goose fat
salad of romaine lettuce, green onion, cukes, red & yellow bell pepper,
black olives, and dressed with olive tapenade.
I might steam some more broccoli.
I measure and record everything in DietPower. It's been enlightening to
objectively *see* what I eat.
