Do those count as 'fat' per se? I thought it had to be animal fat rather than oils. I do love olive oil, goosefat, and almond oil, as well as coconut oil. I am intolerant to avocadoes (which I love also) so I can't have those right now.
I ordered a digital version of Rosedale's book last night and started reading it. Today I brought less protein with me to work and I have to be honest, I did not feel satisfied after my breakfast. It will take some getting used to.
My ideal body weight I think is pretty much where I am right now - somewhere around 135 - 138. I guess I will adjust my protein intake accordingly. I would really like to get back down to 16% body fat.
How much oil/fat do you think you eat per day or per meal?
