Hi Again!

I had a quick question for some of the experienced cavemates on the list.
I've recently been substituting in paleofare as I'm making the transition
and I've noticed that when I eat a cave-compatible meal I'm often hungry
as soon as one hour later! I remember in Neanderthin Ray mentioning
something to the effect that "if it seems like you're eating constantly
then you're well on your way to meeting your goals." To be honest, I'm
still only eating three meals a day, and I know I could eat more, but I
was just curious if the veteran Paleofolk eventually "adjusted" to the
diet and were able to satisfy their hunger so that they didn't need to eat
once every one or two hours. Can I get a few examples from people on how
many meals on average they eat a da
y? Any "adjustment" stories? Thanks
everybody!
