I am new to this list and was wondering if there are some urls that show how
to get started with paleo foods... the rights and wrongs etc... I am like
Elizabeth where I would hate to throw the food I have out.. probably could give to
a half way house or shelter or something... but  what is in my home now is
mostly veggies... as I have tried hard to get most out each grocery day and buy
healthy foods... thanks for any help
