Has there been any discussion in the literature of the following topics:

-fasting in paleolithic times and whether fasting is beneficial or
worthless for us when trying to be consistent with paleolithic eating
and lifestyle.

-eating breakfast and whether there was a need for an individual to
have spent several hours hunting and gathering each day for food
before eating their initial meal?

-would it have been normal for an individual to eat what we consider
a full meal several times a day regularly or would they have more
likely been eating small amounts throughout the day?

If anyone is able to summarize current thought any of the topics
above it would be appreciated.

Mike
