I've started eating a paleo diet to see if it would help some minor health
problems including dry skin and frequent urination (I've been tested for
prostate conditions and diabetes--both negative). I've been on the diet (not
100 percent perfectly) for about a month and notice no changes. Also, I
haven't lost weight, but actually gained a few pounds. (I'm 48 years old,
5'9", 174 lbs.) I do notice not feeling so hungry by mid-morning which is very
nice.
I'd love to hear your experiences with a paleo diet improving health
conditons. Thanks!
