My most recent BUN was 18 and creatinine was 1.3, giving a ratio of 14. So both the BUN and the creatinine were high but still within the normal range. And the ratio was right in the middle of the norm.

Looking at the numbers again, I discovered that my albumin/globulin ratio, though was at the far upper limit of the normal range. Albumin was 4.9 (normal range 3.7 to 5.1) and globulin 2.5 (range 2.2 to 4.2) giving me a A/G ratio of 2.0 (normal range 0.8 to 2.0). What's the significance of this?
