That's what causes the "spare tire" below the belly button?
Ok I know how to kill viruses (virii?).
Low cholesterol is bad news, as AFAIK high cholesterol makes a person live
longer.

(But I think the question referred to a hard lump such as I have, seemingly
attached to a tendon on my right arm.)
