Is pemmican available in the UK? It might make a good snack for me as
I am having trouble eating (affording) enough calories.

How much do you eat Mike? You are about the same size as me and about
as active probably (although I don't know how old- I'm 21). Now I'm on
my all-organic diet, I'm eating 100g of nuts, 2-400g meat (often fatty
cuts/oily fish) and 1-2 eggs daily, plus some fruit and veg (presumably
of negligible calorific content). I'm trying to decide (without trial
and error!) if I can live off this amount of food for any length of
time. I'm not as hungry eating less(!) but I feel more tired in the
evenings- unfortunately, the time of all my kung fu classes. My diet
seems to be turning me into a morning person.
