No; I don't think so. Paleo folks might have encountered yeasts in
overripe fruit, but not in these sorts of quantities, and not dead,
which this stuff is by the time it is a supplement. The name "brewer's
yeast" properly implies its use with grains, anyway.

If you are looking for a concentrated source of B vitamins, I'd
recommend organ meats as far more bioavailable and prototypical.
