I still have my right ovary so it is very possible that I have PMS. I eat
paleo - about 99% except for an occasional splurge.

Candida causes strong carb cravings from what I understand because that is
what it lives on. So even if you are correct, by adding carbs to my diet
(which typically makes me feel worse, will feed the candida. I have been
told to stay away from all sugar, flour, soy...even fruit because of the
natural sugar.
