Oats *come* from the north, they stem from plants which grow near the
shores.
Oats has more fat than wild game has, btw.. and more protein than other
grains
(Oats 16%, Einkorn 20%, Emmer/far 17-24% protein, meat has 18-22%)
Ok, I think the viking grain was -- barley.
Like that of the hunza.
