Cordain also says that if weight loss is the goal, then to restrict the
amount of fruit you eat. I do believe the thread's subject asks a question
about weight loss.
If you don't know about V. Steffanson, then you're not very well
paleo-versed. You shouldn't knock Dori for what you have yet to learn.
