Both, but I imagine both depend on how much you have.
Try to find a health food market. That's probably the only place you'll
find uncured bacon. When I was in Plano, TX, last week they had a Whole
Foods Market. It was a great place to find foods. But even there, the
almighty sugar is tough to avoid.

This stuff claims to have both (but calims zero carbs). So is this one of
those things where it whacks my weight loss or is it one of those things
where I'm trading in five years of my life?
