Well Kathy. Who wants to practice something which the first three letters
spells die? I didn't quit smoking 8 years ago, I became a person who
chooses not to smoke. I didn't quote, give, unquote,  up junk food, I
choose to eat what is good for my body. It helps to have a better outlook
on what your goal is. And when I choose to eat junk food? Well that is my
choice and I know full well what I'm doing at the moment and must then reap
it's ah, reward? lol.
