Thanks Kerri, Vicki, Pat and all else. I'm feeling a bit better today.
Sweetie is feeling better somewhat hehehe. She is reading a book though
that is very good on detoxifying and natural general health. It is written
by a Christian doctor lady who believes in addressing spirit, soul and
body, who suffered from various women's cycle's and their affects, one of
which is menopause which, I never gave much thought, but doesn't drop on
women like a lead balloon one day, but gradually comes in from as early as
age 35 to 38 years old starting with symptoms which can be minimalized.
Below is the link to the book in case anyone wants to get it and scan it.
So far it looks to be one of the best books of general knowledge we've run
across. I planned on starting a detoxification process today, but putting
it on hold to try the one she recommends as it is more thorough but lengthy.
