So sorry that you are feeling that way, but easy to understand why.

Fascinating to see this comment after hearing Canadian General Dellaire last
week speaking out strongly for the need for people now, in this time when
fear is being so encouraged, to stand up and vigorously promote tolerance,
compassion, and caring for other humans.   He is recommending that the great
majority of new army personnel be trained in skills of conciliation and
humanitarian aid, with a limited portion still able to perform traditional
force roles when needed to stop atrocities.   Apparently there is now a
strong shift of opinion and trend within the military for this approach.
He said about half of the Canadian army leaders now share his view of the
appropriate role for the military, with the other half still maintaining
faith in the traditional system.
