Hi Jim. I agree that makes sense. But I have not noticed any effects like
other people here say they have. In fact, when I was running a lot,
sometimes I tried omitting milk and found I had a lot less stamina, felt
weak.
I figure there was some element missing in my diet that I got from milk.
Could not figure out what it might have been though. I tried eating more
organ meats but that didn't really seem to help. I was a lot stricter paleo
then than now, high-fat low-carb.
I don't take a lot of milk products, but also don't really avoid them
either, the occasional ice cream, yoghurt, cheese, cream.
