Didn't for me. Mine has held steady since I was a teen. Now 44. About
105-115 over 65 or so. Going on low carb didn't do much either way. The
main thing is aerobic exercise. When I am running regularly it falls a
few points. If I haven't for a month or two it rises a bit.
