Raw honey is available at health food stores.  It is still sugar, but other
choices include highly processed sugars or chemicals that emulate sugar.
Personally, I don't use any sweeteners, but don't drink coffee or soda
either.  However, if I felt I needed a sweetener, I would choose raw honey
since it is natural, and minimally processed.
