Actually, I've had hopes at the back of my mind that a paleo diet
(along with all the exercise I do) will help me age better.  My diet is
very low carb, at least when I stay off fruit and/or carrots.  I'm only
21 and one of my friends who is 30 looks barely a day older than me.
I'm hoping when I get to 30 I won't look too bad myself.  And I thought
it was only women who were this vain ;o)
